La Fortaleza
Nuestro trabajo fotográfico para La Fortaleza, en Cap Rocat, nace del diálogo entre gastronomía, arquitectura y Mediterráneo.
Junto al chef Víctor García, construimos una narrativa visual donde cada creación convive con la piedra, la luz y el paisaje de una antigua fortaleza frente al mar. Una mirada que busca ir más allá del plato para capturar la identidad del lugar: producto, materia, territorio y una forma profundamente mediterránea de entender la gastronomía.
El resultado es una serie de imágenes donde cocina y espacio hablan un mismo lenguaje.
Our photographic work for La Fortaleza, at Cap Rocat, was born from a dialogue between gastronomy, architecture and the Mediterranean.
Together with chef Víctor García, we created a visual narrative in which each creation interacts with the stone, the light and the landscape of an ancient fortress overlooking the sea. A perspective that goes beyond the plate to capture the identity of the place: produce, texture, territory and a deeply Mediterranean approach to gastronomy.
The result is a series of images in which cuisine and space speak the same language.
