El trabajo fotográfico realizado en el Hotel Cap Rocat, en colaboración con el chef Víctor García, refleja la fusión entre la creatividad culinaria de Víctor García, la exclusividad y elegancia tanto de los platos como del lugar.
Para lograr estas imágenes, utilicé recursos como una máquina de humo, hielo seco y varios props que añadieron dramatismo y realzaron la atmósfera visual, creando un entorno que potencia la presentación de los platos y el ambiente sofisticado del hotel. Estos elementos ayudaron a capturar la esencia de la alta cocina y la exclusividad que caracteriza a Cap Rocat.

To achieve these images, I utilized elements such as a smoke machine, dry ice, and various props to add drama and enhance the visual atmosphere, creating a setting that elevates the presentation of the dishes and the sophisticated ambiance of the hotel. These elements helped to capture the essence of haute cuisine and the exclusivity that defines Cap Rocat.
